Well this was a fun game!! The Pistons came on on fire and it never quit. Literally everyone was clicking, from Markieff to Svi and Derrick Rose. ESPECIALLY Derrick Rose. The man couldn’t miss, and is so fun to watch it’s incredible. Make him an all-star because he deserves it as much as anyone else. Sekou was a little disappointing but I guess it’s what you should expect from a barely 19 year old rookie. Christian Wood was active, as always, and had a great block on Cam Reddish and some high energy dunks. But then there was Svi. I really feel as though he doesn’t get the praise he deserves for as good as he is playing right now. This is now his second 20 point game in a row, and his defense seems to be dramatically improved over last season. He drains threes, can run pick and roll, passes well, I mean what more could you ask? So show Svi some love. On another note the Pistons are only 3.0 games back of the playoffs. I know there is probably a mixed crowd on wanting to make them but think about it. We get Reggie back soon, and Luke after the all star break, so maybe we can go even higher than 8 seed. Anyways regardless this game is refreshing to all and makes us have joy as Pistons fans.
